- 因資安理由，本校原則上僅開放國內IP經由本校伺服器轉寄郵件。
- 若需在國外用Outlook等軟體寄信者，請先在此登記帳號及開放期限。
- 開放國外寄信期限最長為180天，到期後可再重新登記。
- 在國外可直接用網路信箱來寄信，不需事先登記。

- For security reasons, email relaying through the university's servers is restricted to domestic (Taiwan) IP addresses by default.
- If you need to send emails from abroad using third-party software (such as Outlook or other mail clients), please register your account and specify your required access period here.
- The maximum duration for overseas access is 180 days; however, you may re-register once the period expires.
- Please note that Webmail remains fully accessible from abroad and does not require prior registration.
